Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to your most common questions about holistic organising services.

  • Yes, there is a distinct difference in philosophy and approach. While a standard professional organiser focuses on decluttering physical spaces and setting up storage systems, I treat the space as an extension of your overall well-being, exploring the root cause of the clutter.

My primary goal is to make sure that your surroundings fit your needs and sense of wellbeing. The result will be a well-organised home and a calmer state of mind.

I live my life holistically, with a deep love for nature, beauty, simplicity, elegance, harmony and order, and I bring this same approach into my profession because I cannot separate what I do from who I am. My heart is truly in my work.

I offer you all that I know to be supportive for you to consider if it resonates with you. These are additional gems to the organising methods I will bring with me. This might include nourishing recipes, the best places to shop for quality natural items, and resources for storage that are earthy and wholesome. Fantastic ideas to keep children entertained with craft projects. I bring a myriad of life-learned practices to share with you.

My soul purpose in life, is 'to be truly helpful'.

  • My rate varies between $80ph and $120ph per person, based on the task at hand. Once I know what is required, I will confirm the exact rate, and it will be within this range.

  • Yes I do. It is often a good time to get things done!  There will be a slight increase in hourly rate but it will still be within my price range.

  • Absolutely. Each case is carefully considered to determine whether I am a good match for your needs.

There may be situations where I recommend another professional if I feel the project falls outside my scope of expertise.

I have assisted clients with hoarding disorder as well as those dealing with ADHD in the home and other similar issues, with successful outcomes. My approach has always been compassionate and client-centred, focusing on safety above all else.

  • It is best to start this work together while we go through the process of organising. This allows us to make decisions together, resolving questions as they arise and creating solutions that genuinely support your lifestyle.

A lot of good ideas emerge through our discussions about your way of living, where your stress points are in your home and how we can create a sanctuary that nurtures you and others.

Once we have built trust together and I know your preferences, it may not be necessary for you to participate in each session if this supports you best. Often your availability via phone is sufficient for any important decision-making.

Relocation of a house or business requires a different approach. Your input is needed at the beginning, however much less as we progress. I am there to take care of the details for you, and once we have established your blueprint, I execute the plan to get you settled seamlessly on the other side.

Holistic Parental Support is very hands on together at the beginning and the end.  We are navigating a pathway forward that belongs to you and is enriched by your energy. This process reflects your core values, and together we design your family’s new way of living. I am then able to take care of the middle part for you, with less input from you.

  • Yes, absolutely. I would be happy to help you go through all the steps in a remote manner, giving you tips on how to start and helping you remain motivated during the whole process.

Together, we will prepare a checklist and construct a roadmap for you to feel supported, enjoy the process along the way, and celebrate on completion.
